Privacy? what privacy?

I noticed an article in our local paper today about reverse phone number lookups.

If you enter your phone number on their site up pops part of your info like this.........

So far, so good. Only basic info there. If you want more you can sign in with your facebook acc to see your full address.

Their privacy policy was a fun read.... with this part being curious. The operative sentence here is WE WILL NEVER ACCESS etc. But says nothing about selling it to others.....
