Default removing the front interior lights

Hi

Maybe i am just silly or not brave enough but, I can't for the life of me remove the front interior light housing. Not even the lens to change the globes...

Story: I want to install a dash cam and thought I would poke around up there in search for a permanent power source. This way I don't have to run a cable around to the lighter..

Has anyone attempted to even change the globes? or seen a how to complete with pics? Google is failing me...

The manual is no help as it simply says to prise it lose, with a cryptic illustration involving arrows. Well try as i might the best I can achieve is to flop the light cluster forward after releasing a spring clip.

I replaced the bulbs in both interior lights with blue leds. (Same with footwell lighting).
From memory I used a flat blade screwdriver to push the retaining clip in to release the front edge of the light unit, then the rear of the unit unclipped from the housing with some "gentle" persuasion.
Trickiest part was sliding the led panel into the light unit.
This was on MB XR5, not sure if the MA is the same.
