It will need some attractions to sell. I'd swap those seats for a RWD platform, and not a bloody ancient Taurus platform from the 90's
But I reckon a person could spend hours trying to get the right setting. Sometimes when you have so many choices you just can't leave the thing alone trying to get it spot on. |

They look stunning....I'd have them in a heart beat. But imho that's way too far for any mainstream car. The weight, tech, elictrical gremlin possibilities in cheaper cars, amoung other things just doesn't add up. Not in any car any time soon at least.
Only for the elite top of the range cruisers I'd say! Impressive tho. |

The image wasn't working when I first looked at this but now I can see that it's simply the movable thigh (not bottom) support at the leading edge of the squab that some luxury car models have, but split onto two.
Fair enough, but from my Ford experience they would have been better to provide a footrest for your left foot rather than leaving your foot dangling in space at an odd angle. The ergonomics of the seating position are not something that Ford excels in.

This seat looks rather erotic.

What really puzzles me nowadays are why many seats are designed without lumbar support which then has to be added as yet another bit of electronics, usually at an extra price.

better tyet, pump that methane back into the engine as renewable fuel. Just as long as there is a filtering system for desperate times.
