shimano spd style?

clip in take a bit of getting used to, but once you get accustomed to it, riding without them just feels weird, especially on hills, or on a power burst.

Not sure of brand so will have a look.

Yeah I used to ride a lot when younger so I'm fine with it (in traffic not ideal but I don't make mine very tight so can clip out pretty easily on a sudden stop (yes I've fallen a few times too trying to clip out when sudden stop.......lol)
