Default Oil spray XR8 220

Guys,

I am getting a very fine spray of oil on the engine side of the air box, adjacent from the power steering pump. Definitely not coming from the high pressure hose
or the top nut on top of the pump, the pump pulley seems dry as well. I have sticky taped a piece of white paper on the side of the air box to ascertain the colour of the oil to identify if it’s the power steering oil or engine oil with colour difference. Unable to tell at this stage as the spray is very faint. Waiting for a more build up of oil on the paper. Any ideas?

Cheers

Check crank pulley / harmonic balancer. Oil can leak through the pulley and spray onto the box. Check straight after a spirited drive, you will see marks on the pulley if that is it.
