Thumbs up Calder park dragway

just wanted to know if any1 from vic went to calder park drags friday night.
i seen this nice silver tc cortina with huge tubs running 10's & 11's all night sounded tuff and also seen another cortina not sure but it was old school, it was the one with the round tailights and big grill. it also had tubs and a huge a/m rear wing. some nice fords there friday night apart from the ones mentioned there was a nice xd and stang that had and awsome paint job.

if there is any one from vic that goes to calder park drags let me know and ill keep an eye out.

Cheers Mick.

BTW i think the old school corty was a mk1 not to sure tho.

the old school is a genuine gt mk1 corty with a windsor and is street rego'd
i got talking with him (kevin) over a few drinks nice bloke he built it a long time ago back in the 80's ,had problems with trans on the night kept slipping decided to call it a night with a best of low 11's

by the way that wing works holds the arz end down a bit more downforce.

been awhile since i was at friday night calder drags enjoyed it ,good to see a decent crowd and drivers with some tuff rides and some good times.

den...
