I get the occasional bunny wanting to drag me off at the lights... I dont like the idea of having my car taken away from me and kept in a police impound..

I get egged on a fair bit in the AU with my ILL-60 (I'll go) plates, and little do they know that my stockish looking AU has a nice lil stroker engine waiting for the challenge :

I'm quite the opposite, I get egged on by standard number plates! When that Camry rolls up with its stock height, hubcaps and 4 speed auto 4 cyl and a standard numberplate, I just go all nuts! Truck and bus plates get my motor running too, I wipe the floor with them!

(Plates don't egg me on, I usually just judge the guy driving as a legend or a loser.)

Every time I see a squeezer with those plates I laugh. Funny or clever plates aree good, anything with NV or NVS is usually on a piece of junk and the faster the number plates say they are, the slower they tend to be.
A lot of the plates just confirm what you normally think when you see the car...... they are into heavy self flagellation.

Urban myth???

In the pub one night someone told me the yarn about a 911 with the plates 2RICH, complimented nicely with the words 'well then pay for this' scratched into the bonnet...

I also saw a 'fully sick' Sylvia with the plates ONCOMPO. Nice (not).

I think scratching somebody's car no matter how much of a tool they are is just lame.

Those damn Victorian plates get me going (JK)

But seriously, when I see the VN and VP commodores with P Plates and arrogant number plates it really just makes me have a chuckle at how moronic the guys really are.

Right on. Even worse when they are not a tool (at least I try not to be)!

Someone keyed my (recently sold) BA XR two passes down the near side. Insurance job was $2800. I agree that I wouldn't wish that on anyone, no matter their plate. My teacher wife drove it to school and it was the week after reports cam out. We had serious suspicions about who did it. School and rozzers not interested. Claimed the excess back as a salary packing running cost, but that's no the point. It did afect trade in value though as they picked a repair. The good thing is that they did it AFTER we used the XR as a wedding car a few days before. Thankful for that!

haha ever since i got new personalised plates i get people all the time driving up next to me, revving the engine, fanging off etc. Though most people just smile or have a chuckle. Some get out their camera phones and take a quick snap hehe

i have seen lately:

GetMeOut on a VERY fast (sounded supercharged) VZ SS Ute
NotGLTY on a beamer
ISQUIRT on a car with a chick driving it

Cheers

Thought i would place this here instead of opening a new thread.

Twice in the last fortnight i have seen a silver VY/Z sedan with personalized plates that read:- MIL2 driving around the Narre warren/Cranbourne area.
The question that has to be asked is. Would any of you allow your wife or partner to drive around with something like that?
The other thing that made me think was that she was'nt overly attractive.

I keep seeing some Hyundai with "ITSDAMP". I can't figure out the meaning of it since its a guy driving most of the time from what I can see.

Hope mine don't egg too many people on, its just my name followed by the cubic inches of my engine - well I was told 4L was 250ci but I think they were wrong but I'd already ordered them LOL.

Default Looked, and Sounded Like It Was

I saw an orange hq coupe a couple of years ago with the plates FN FAST
It had mini tubs, lots of induction equipment hanging out of the bonnet etc.

Wouldn't have a plate like this on a car of mine, but i must admit it did seem to
suit this particular car.
