My favourites are Adam's Ute (geez it looked good at the front of our club!!!), and the white GT-P with all the Ford Gear on it.
Some love it, some hate it.
It's different and kewl. :dj:

But that Black XR8 with the blower, its really is blown and wild. See the interior, wicked. His wife has the blue print TS50!

But the two of them are always trying to beat one another with more power..

We were pretty much blocked in with not much room to move. So i only got 2 or 3 of my car in our location.

You gotta see Adams car up close. It is a geat job on the bonnet. Shaker seemed to cap it off

I spoke to the salesman about this car. The colour is menace. Personally I don't like it. Might look ok without Pink stripes and that white leather. Too much like a pimp mobile. I was also there, took some photos also and will load them up on my webshots site if I can find some time tonight.

Highlights were;

1. Current drivers Ingall, Johnson, Seton and Ritter.
2. Past legends; Goss and his 74 Bathurst winning Mcleod Ford XA. Moffat and the banned Phase 4, complete with the original Evan Green "160mph Supercar" newspaper article from 1972. What a blast !!
3. Sheer variety of Fords old and new, festidiously maintained by the owners. A credit to all who took part.
4. Chance to reminisce about days spent as a kid at the old Warwick Farm circuit before it closed in 1973. Sad to see it's nearly all gone now. All that's left is part of the Causeway and the old spectator bank on Hume straight. I think I'll start a separate post on this elsewhere on the forum

Some fantastic shots here and from all accounts it was a great day. I'm certainly feeling a bit of pressure to make sure ours is just as good!

I think your show will be just as good for how its put together. There was around 400 -500 cars maybe more with 12 different clubs in attendance, SBR similator, FPV and Ford merchandise trucks and numerous vendors selling everything from food to polished calipers and race legends and current race drivers. Would be nice to see your show a success, but I think the Peter Warren Day is a huge logistical nightmare. If I was you, see no pressure in it and don't try to think you need to do as well. If you were to get your show as big as Peter Warren Day, you'll be dead half way through the Saturday from all the work, and we would have to attend your funeral on the Sunday.

I think already you've done a good job. Keep at it.

Matt, how do i get another one of those mini plates that were in the bags saying "29th annual All ford Day" Last year I was too busy to get a bag with the plate. Just thought I'd like to get my hands on the 28th annual plate. Just something to collect, get Allan Moffat to Sign and sell it on E-Bay.

I heard there was over 1000 cars on display there, from multiple people... either way it was massive.

I thought it was pretty funny when that orange wedge shaped kit car in the photos on the previous page, with the plates IDIOOT, locked his keys in the car.

My favorite cars were the yellow GT40s (replicas I assume), and the GSR 97 EL Supercar - fond memories of that car.

Best part of the day was just meeting everyone I hadn't seen in ages!

It was a long day, but was for a good cause, and was the first car show our club has attended too.

Timmeh ... I think you were parked behind me on the day ... I was next to the Burgundy RTV with the RTV trailer ... I had the AU ute with the Territory wheels on (with the Courier decals on the side).

Didn't know i could go in the running for Best Commercial Vehicle ... not that I would have got it though ... hee hee.

All in all i had a great day ... and it was awesome to see the GT500 there as well ... that was a highlight of my day.

So many cars there ... my feet were sore at the end of the day ... also a bit of sunburn too.

Bring on next year ... I should be modified quite a bit more.

The weather was pitch perfect for this kind of show and the crowds came out in droves.

Holy moly. And i took only 120 shots. That many cars. Thats a brilliant effort. At all the money raised will be close to $80,000 give or take. That's good news.

Yeah I remember seeing that! It looked very low, and the Terri wheels looked very big on the Ute!
