funilly enough ive seen something like that but at the local ford dealer, a girl in an EA fell asleep behind the wheel ran though a red light, hit the back of my uncles new BA xr8 ( he was going through the intersection) he kick him around 180, hit a ople somehow got airborne and landed inside of westpont ford but funnily enough it landed on a VX SS

Shocking.
Anything like that is always bad to see (& interesting) Wasteful though. Some good cars damaged there. The BMW, soon to be on the broadford web site with "repairable damage" |

Wow. Some people are just not meant to drive. That poor Bimmer. Oh, and the Longreach ute. Couldn't give a toss about the Clubbie or the Astra.

It has not been on the news in QLD or on any of the "lesbian harp seal" current affair shows (today, aca, 60 skippys etc) so therefore I deduce:
1) The driver was NOT a P plater 2) The driver had no relationship to any polititian 3) The car was not a 4WD 4) The car did not have a bullbar 5) The driver was not a convicted pedofile or ex immigration camp detainee 6) There were no semi automatic baby killer pistol gun murder weapons used in the car 7) The driver was not Prince Charles or Camilla Parker Bowles |

Speeding actually did contribute to this.
The driver should be banded from driving for life. But he wont :jab: It sux. He'll be up the damages though!

Yeah I heard that is a common problem with a lot of the hi spec commodores.
Anyone remember what happened to the Wayne Gardiner VR a few years back. I think a reporter took it for a test drive, compression locked it up in 1st in the wet and it ended up like this one. It has gone to a better place - being fabricated into "I" beams for buildings! Chippa

I'll tell you what, considering the impact and the speed he would have been doing, the bloody HSV held up pretty good, just look at the iron beam's he went through before hitting the vehicle's inside the yard, and not to mention the BMW, ouch, this is bloody scarry, people like this shouldn't be able to breed.

if anyones wondering, everything should be claimable from insurance for all parties.. in fact since there was no personal injury to any third parties its all taken care of by the cars insurance policy, coz its property damage..
only person who'll lose should be the driver by having insurance history stuffed(coz he'l haf to be named as the driver), and chances are he'l be banned from driving for a while or indefinately, depending on the states laws and how the courts treat him.. he'l still get payout for the car tho, for whatever value it was insured at. thats going on personal experience.. i crashed my last eb driving like a right dick. only positive i can glean from it is i know i wont go anywhere near the same limits again... i get scared very easy now. ps: if you're in wa, hbf is a good insurer. |
