WD-40 is also a great hand cleaner before you dirty up the taps. Just spray it on and wipe on a rag. Also gets oil out of concrete to some extent. Not quite as well as PVC pipe cleaner does but it works alright.

I used to use WD40 untill I found a product called INOX,Its not petroleum based and it dont attract dust like WD40 will.
