The sedan. I'd never own a car based ute. The tray may come in handy every now and then, but doing drifts is not a reason to choose a less practical vehicle.
I always wanted a RWD to get the back end out. Now I have one I never do it. I have once or twice in the past year, but after worrying about your licence and then paying for excess wear and tear, it's not worth it. Get the sedan, atleast you will look like a taxi then. Make sure it's white. |

Sounds like a car would suit ur needs, Utes also have traction control, and I own a V8 ute and still grips like crazy around corners. If ur buying a ute to go sideways round corners, I would expect u to be drifting everywhere to make the purchas worthwhile!
And they utes are heavier, I havn't driven a decent sedan ever so can't comment on them

Utes are harder to drift in... Longer wheel base...
I wouldn't be buying one with your attitude. Keep what you have before you get yourself into trouble.

At least if you buy a ute you'll be able to carry around the jaws of life in the tray
