Worlds Fastest Indian is an amazing movie, more so because it's a true story.

If I had to pick one "car movie" it would probably be the good old classic Running On Empty. "In the future we'll probably be running around in electric wheel chairs". Oddly enough, that's what a lot of us car guys thought in the early eighties...we were told oil would be running out in the 1990's, and all but gone just after the year 2000.

Funny how things really worked out, hey...?

Yeah running on empty, great aussie movie.

I think its not a case of running out of oil,its more a case of they keep finding a little bit more in remote places, texas is drained. Now they are going out for natural gas with fracking, destroying the water tables ect.Makes me worry whats going to happen to the darwin coast.

What if taking all this fuel out the soil it effects the earths core?surely that needs fuel?.

I like most that have been mentioned but Christine is mine
I wish my car could repair itself and track down & kill some **** hole that vandalised it
I wouldn't have a worry in the world about driving it or leaving it parked where I can't see it

For my 3, 4 yo & me when i was little young'un, The Great Race- Tony Curtis, Natalie Wood, Jack Lemmon & Peter Falk, what a cast! All the previous mentions too & for a laugh the original Death Race 2000 with a young S. Stallone
