Default Show Us Your Coupe

G'day Guys - here's a pic of my dream car........... Just got on the road friday - had to sell my soul to the devil but couldn't be happier....

Underneath the fibreglass its a 1974 burnt orange XB GT - now before anyone howls it was turned into a Mad Max Interceptor in America in 1999. I found it and saved it and now its back on Aussie soil.

alot of people would complain about a gt turning out like that, and they would suggest he should have started with a standard falcon. maybe, if he started out with a falcon, would pat's gt have received the tlc it obviously got from the mad max fan. and if not, would it still be around now. there are many genuine gt's that are gone or beyond repair and any way you look at it, pat's car is still an xb gt coupe.
normally i am not a fan of mad max replica's but this one looks very nice

i here you gtxb67 ,i have er had a yellow xb fairmont gs factory 302 that was going to be my interceptor but i needed the funds for this one,i found out about this car , done the sums it worked out ,i only know of 3xb gt in the world that have had this treatment ,the real one another in the states and this one,i could be wrong but i dont know of any,The prices for gt in 1999 were a lot less than now,so back then it wasnt a big deal.

xalent dont worry mate you will see it out on a run soon sounds f@#$king awsome no exhausts sraight out the zoomies loud as hell with a real strong rumble to it,
