Default Deleting "For Sale" posts

Is there a way of deleting old "For Sale " posts? I know there are parts there for example that have long since gone (I've bought one of them!).

Maybe expires after 2-3 months? If the part or car is still for sale, the member can repost

I'll just use this as an example, as I bought it and know it is no longer relevant. But there are possibly hundreds of other posts (in threads) that are out of date because the item has been sold

oh geez steven make an example of me why dont you :

The usual way it's done is to set it to purge threads that are older than a certain date i.e. older than 6 months.

Can be done and is done regularly, maybe not regularly enough though!

I usually let a mod know when I've sold an item, although I sometimes forget.:
Like this one... Can be removed now..
