How are you all?
What parts have numbers that will be checked when judging an xb gt? I dont have all the original parts for my resto, but will be sourcing another xb to complete. would all the part numbers be the same for a march 74 build compared to a 75 or 76 model? Regards J |

Some of the early compliance plates were different on 74' models
They are all JG33 prefixed for sedans and JG66 for the coupe All 3 should be the same, Engine , Compliance, Shock tower Well my 2 GTs were anyway |

I have all 3 thanks!
Do the judges look at casting dates and part numbers on other parts throughout the vehicle. One person told me even on the glass there are engraved etches to mark dates? |

There are dates scattered everywhere and yes even on the glass etchings!
Halfway down this page you can decode http://www.aus-ford-uk.co.uk/html/_d...amps_-_gl.html |
