I would also think it would need an actual signature as well.

Scruby was in the press the other day saying these laws are useless, how about making ones for (something else, canne remember what, but it had nowt to do with hoons/hipo cars)

I signed it.. I do get the point of the hoon laws - street racing and burnouts are / should be illegal. Its the people who like to drive modified cars and responably use them, be it at the track, 1/4 mile or wherever who suffer because of these fools..
