Just read the article, great to see a daily driven (complete with towbar) E-Series featured!

Something interesting I noticed was SM using the term 'E-Series' a couple of times, was the term used before the club was formed? I certainly haven't heard it until I joined the club.

Thanks everyone, pretty happy to finally make it into Street machine, it certainly has one of the highest readerships as far as motoring magazines go. I can also say they are a very professional magazine to deal with, from providing a draft of the article prior to print for me to edit, to the photoshoot and more etc...

I forgot all about he tow bar but i guess it gives it a real Daily Driver look as some people dont believe it is driven daily.

Did you notice the pyro shot? Took 1hr and a few hundred bucks to set up and gets a thumbnail pic. A little amusing.

Doc make sure you grab a copy, your cleaning stuff has worked a treat with the car comming up a treat, i had the whole complement of microfibre cloths etc.... down there on that day.

I'd heard of E-Series prior to the car club - the E-Series is to vans in the US, as F-Series is to 'trucks'.

http://www.fordvehicles.com/trucks/eseries/

Congrats Aaron, will be picking up the mag on the way home...

Yeah thanks, I have had a few people tell me an E series would not make it into SM, so i'm happy to have shown them up.

I know there will be a few people buying copies who normally wouldn't.

My Grandma for one, Street Machine should make it's way around the folks at church, not exactly their target market.

Congrats on getting in the mag. I never thought I'd see the day when a E-series turbo six would appear in SM. Well done! ;)
