Default Getting bad hayfever in your car? Solution!

Every time my missus hops in my car, she starts sneezing away...

Turns out from BA onwards there is an optional Pollen filter, I think its the same on a few Ford models including Territory...

Anyways so with a bit of fiddling up behind the glove box I pulled something out...

Looks like I only got the standard "debri filter', which was filled with pollen, moths, leaves and other leafy debris... No wonder she's sneezing!

I went to Ford and bought a Pollen filter which replaces this mesh thing, the replacement cover was very fiddly to get back as it is now designed to fit all models.

Cost about $35, got them to fit it for me for free.

Just thought I'd share in case it helps anyone else with allergies out...

You are supposed to change 'em every year or so, but they said they never realy check it as most don't have 'em. It's actually not just for pollen, it filters out particulates, dust and other stuff too so it's a pretty good little addition I reckon.

Thanks bro, I remember seeing it as an option as a younger lad when dad was optioning his GT-P and I made sure he got it!

Will definitely be getting them to fit a pollen filter at the 3000km check, thanks for reminding me!
