Default Magnet Location

Just wondering if anybody knows where the magnet that attracts every other car to park next to mine even when the carpark is empty is located on the car? I'd like to remove it.

i double park when i work at maccas to stop idiots in the carpark parking next to me.

what did i see today, some idiot in a work ute squeezing his ute into the space kinda left over by the double park and the car in the parking spot next to me which was a bit far over :

the spastic would have had about 6inchs room next to my car : :

i too need help in finding and removing said magnet.

I know what it is Austin, its in your dash, and its came lose, hence the rattle from the dash, also, the fact its lose means it attracts more cars than usual.

Austin, it's a very simple theory, there is no magnet. Idiot's/half wits/holden drivers are attracted to shiny objects. They like to unwittingly marvel at their own beauty in said shiny objects.

Take the ute for a nice long burn down a dirt road, leaving the "shine" some where on this road, and your problem will be solved.

Cheers
PS. Got to love parking in a free locked shed while at uni

Austin's car is never clean so the 'shine' isn't a problem :P

Actually, seeing that you were illegally parked, I'm not sure the driver of the ute was actually in the wrong.

If there were not twats in the world who carelessly opened doors on to cars parked next to them we wouldn't have to double park.

ive got the same problem at work, the work car park spaces are smaller than normal car park spaces anyway, so i try to find a car park that is on the end and park right on the line.

the amount of small little dents on my drivers and passengers door, and little scratches from doors also has driven me nuts. ive even been sitting in my car when people have opened there doors on it at work. all they say is sorry and they didnt know. how cant you know it made a friggen bang noise *thats my rant for the day lol*

It not only happens to AU's, I can park my BA/EB/AU in an EMPTY car park AWAY from the shops and when I come back, there's a b(@@%y huge 4WD parked either side of me : , therefore, my magnets are bigger than yours : .

I must have magnets on all my panels. "Is just a Ford wagon" I heard one "insert politically correct detrimental saying". Also something that attracts trees. A tree crushed my last car and has dented the right front quarter on my wagon.

your magnets also attract parts that are seemingly unfittable/unfinishable....... :

My magnet is transferrable between my 2 Au's, the XR was smashed in a hit and run, the culprit was seen but no rego spotted, I wasn't around, so $4500 worth of white van damage later I have to record my first claim with Shannons. : So whilst the XR is off the road I'm driving the mont and another white van is magnetically attaracted to me and rubs panels with my rear bar and rear quarter panels.
Therefore I have the worst AU magnet as not only does it cause more than door dings but it tranfers automatically to the car I'm driving. :

Antone want to lendme their AU?
