Default Saw a dark blue XR5 Yesterday

Hey peeps

Thought I'd let youse know that on day way from Geelong yesterday I saw a Dark blue ST220/XR5 going the other way with yellow UK plates on it. Couldnt beleive it. Looked UNBELEIVABLE. Too bad i was on the freeway cuz i couldn't chase it!!

Can't wait till they arrive in OZ for sale!

Are you sure it was "dark blue"? The ST comes in performance blue which is actually quite a light colour.

If it was an ST220 it'll be the current Mondeo. Love to see that here to.

I think he meant ST, just to clear it up folks, the ST is the new Mk2 Focus sports version, the ST220 is the Mondeo sports version.

dont get them mixed up!

Focus ST

Mondeo ST220

there is a ST220 in AUS

Ive seen that XR5 Turbo aswell...very veyr sexy looking car. If that doesn't sell then I dont know what will!

dont get your hopes up fellas....

I know why we dont sell them here...puts FOA cars to shame in most areas even if it is FWD. But I would cringe looking at the conversion costs (pound to AU$). Has to be one of the best cars ive driven overall. hmm seat warmers..lol

I love the Mondeo, i force my parents to buy one (or two) if they came to Oz, and yes they are supreme handlers, on top of that, they are just a family sedan also!

seat warmers? bah my gf's mums 1995 Volvo 950 has seat warmers, but that car handles like a tank!
