Well guys we're just moving into our new purpose built RDP Complex. the new address is 4 huntington street Clontarf and is 800m up the road from our premises building. The numbers will remain the same.

This is a fantastic setup, I would go as far as saying that its the premier tuning shop in the country. Well done to Steve and crew.

No probs mate, we also are the only shop that can now offer a in house exhaust built on our new CNC Mandrel Bender. Look forward to seeing you.

One is a CNC mandrel bender for bending exhaust pipe with out marking it or crushing it.

the other CNC machine is for machining billet alloy into parts etc

So if you had a 5 axis cnc machine you could not only make cool custom rims but port cylinder heads as well.

Steve.. What are the chance of dropping some Brakes off to you for Gary to take home with him, when he collects his TE50.. I'm off till the 3rd Jan... Some time before then would be great.....

Hey steve, would a cnc machine be capable of making a copy of a boss lower intake.

With the blocks of alloy do you pay by the kilo for it or by the size required.

no probs, and as to the cnc you really don't have too many limits and as to a grill easy as, alloy you pay by the weight and size

SO Steve what do you think it would cost to duplicate a Boss lower intake on a cnc machine, what would the block of alloy be worth to buy. Also do you know anyone with a 5 axis machine who could possible do this.

too expensive for a one off unit, however i can make a sheet metal version which will cost around $2000
