Default 1996 EF ll XR6

Can someone please tell me if a 96 EF XR6 would have cruise control? Just curious and it will solve a arguement with the wife!

Yep, I had to option it when I got my EF XR6, was still an option on EL as my Brothers doesn't have it.

definately an option mine was lucky enough to have that box ticked when it was ordered!

yea it was optional on xr's.
im lucky as it was standard on Futura sapphires

In terms of features (in the cabin at least) the XR6 was close to the Futura. The XR8 was closer to Fairmont.

True that, however without Climate Control.

Did the EF XR8's come with 4 Door Power Windows? My EF only had Fronts, and it annoyed the crap out of my rear passengers.

And yes, Cruise was an option, as I had to take mine (which I bought at an Auction) back to Ford to get Cruise put into it.
