Default Rocker/Lifter noise on cold start

Hey guys I'm starting to get some loud tick/rocker noise on a cold start in my LV TDCI Focus, its got 72,000km on the clock and I've been pretty good with servicing, oil level isnt low either, been using LEICHTLAUF SPECIAL 5W-30 oil on every service.

I'm not sure if its a full synthetic oil or not, it says synthetic.

It goes away after being driven, only in the morning going to work its noisy.

what kind of noise is it, is it a quick-ish ticking/tapping noise?

i think my focus' belts are a little noisy when it's cold/dry. no problem when it's humid/warm

but also noise goes away after the engine has warmed up

Yeah, sounds metallic though, I might record it tomorrow and chuck the video here.
