2002 focus bumper bar

hi i have a minor cracked plastic bumper bar what glue can i use to fix it the bumper plastic is white dont know what type of plastic thanks for the advice given

I thought they were usually "welded" They heat the plastic. Most domestic glues do not work on the type of plastic used in bumpers
