Default motorplex

Did anybody manage to get their car down to the plex last week when it had the first meet?
Ill be going down in the next few weeks.

i fly back in from work on wed at about 6pm so i always miss the drags now

FG XR8 Ute 2010 Nitro,
Mods so far: Herrod CAI, headers, Ballistic cats, Cat back Manta dual 2.5" with X pipe and hotdog mid section, Mellings oil pump, Summit racing 60mm twin throttle body, and Yella Terra plenum
Powerbond 25% under drives, Sports bar,
now fitted with Koya Inox R1's, the rears are 20x10 with a 40mm offset and the fronts are 20x8.5 with a 35mm offset

total of 285.5 rwkw and 642nm
when Herrod cams in 290rwkw

GSXR 750K7 with goodies, dyno'd 136rwhp,
10.567sec for the strip

Whats thommo got and what time did he run?
I wont be taking the turbo down yet because im in the process of painting the wheels but the te50 is good to go.
Spewin you cant get the blue beast down there.

i was there last weds with the xt.
ran a best of 13.72. as soon as the sun went down the track was slippery as anythings.

Yeah got down there, Like many had said the track was slippery as but I didn't care..........Got a new pb with some fresh Mickey T's, 12.65@110.4mph

Yeah sweet, some good times there,once the track goes off even 14 second cars get wheelspin its a bit of a shame, but hey theres a ***** load more days to get down there.
I cant wait

give them time to do track prepping for the andra season and for the nights to warm up

I reckon ill be going down on the next dry night,could be a few weeks by the looks of the weather unfortunately.
Of course every man and his dog will be there to limit the runs to maybe 3 or so.
