Default Small Lock Key ID, Please

What family/brand of locks had these key heads? Older tilt garage door, but I’ve no idea if original.

I’m fairly sure the old B&D keys were two-sided. This one, being flat one side and having a distinct “shoulder” looks quite different to them.

Had wondered about L&F, Lenlok, Brownbuilt and Namco.

Silca keyblank LF31R.
Commonly used on lockers, letterboxes, petrol caps.
And I can tell you the 5th cut is a 1.
