Hey Chris,

Thanks mate, all the pics (except the first one) were taken around May Lane in St Peters. Definitely worth checking out

Nah not an RS. Too many doors and not wide enough :P I ordered the lights from the UK and put them in. The ST's over there came with them in the higher spec models while the XR5's got the non-projector lights here. Imo they should've had them standard so I had to get them Yep, HID's with factory ballasts but I changed them to 6000K instead of 4300K.

Cheers,
Dan

Just in case someone asks, the camber kit is getting done first, then the wheel alignment

Booyah, me too, I got a set for my TDCI Focus, how much did it cost you all up? It was pretty damn expensive from european-parts, and I had to modify the ballast wiring to add in an extra earth, did you have to do the wiring mods?

I just put in a set of Cool Blue intense Osram globes and I am in awe at the difference they have made. I have always had a v shaped low beam and pretty poor lighting from it, but these new globes are amazing, they put out a beam very similar spread to a Xenon and are only 4000K. Will get a pic of the beam at night soon but this is the difference even in the day light, I drove home tonight with them and as they are fully road legal they don't appear to bother other drivers either which is what I was hoping for

Can't remember overall cost, but was a bit cheaper than buying new from European Parts, who I had a very bad experience with prior to buying my set (which are second hand).

No problems with wiring, but mine came as a complete kit straight off another ST or RS so they were plug and play.

Cheers,
Dan

Hey guys, rather than starting a new thread I thought I would just post this in here, I have my 2011 Zetec rims up or sale for anyone interested, 5 x 108, ET 52.5, 17" x 6.5" plus tyres with around 25% tread, good upgrade for a base model

Owned the Typhoon from new and after 6 years and 11 months I thought it was time to move on.
