Default 09 Focus TDCI Power steering

My partner has 09 Focus TDCI, i want to know if this model has the normal power steering rack, or if its controlled electric motor. We are about to buy some new tyres and the guy at the tyre shop when i spoke to him said, if its the normal power steering rack they can do wheel alignment. But they cant do wheel alignment if its controlled by electric motor.

I thought they use an electric pump to pressurize the fluid but otherwise normal power steering rack.
