Default New Holden/HSV Model

Hi Guys.

Found GM have TM'ed (trademarked) a new Model (Class 12) with IPAustralia:

PANORAMA (TM: 1530458)

Makes sense that it would be associated with Holden or HSV, so maybe a new model or submodel we see soon?

It was a one off, called HDT Mt Panorama. Unlikely to have anything to do with this as it wasn't anything special.

The VL ****ingsure's paint colour was called Panorama Silver.

Pffft. Too expensive. Emu Export or 4X Gold at best.

Bare in mind, it may be protecting intelectual rights via an international trademark... Ie: Bathhurst Edition....

Isn't the 'Panorama' what they call those long sunroofs (where they have the whole roof in glass?)

I'd be thinking its not a link to Bathurst (Mt Panorama) at all - given that they've already had the 'Bathurst' edition of HSVs in the past.

Though GMH do like re-using things (Holden Cruze rollerskate AWD / Holden Cruze vectra-type sedan)?

Interesting.

Could be there to stop Ford gaining it aswell...2013 marks 50 years since Firth and Jane took it out...
