Default AU xr8 sound file

here is my video of my xr8, i wanted to get it taking off.i think it sounds heaps better when the motor is under load than just free revving in neutral.

Superb note, you can't beat the Wheezer with a good twin system.

Very nice!

What is it like at constant speed/cruise around 100? Droney at all?

I would like to get mine done but I still would like to keep the low noise levels at constant speed if you know what I mean.

Other than that it sounds absolutely geat. Well done!

the exhaust joint made a boo boo with its first exhaust and there was a missunderstanding, this exhaust was a twin 2.25" into a single 2.5" this droned heaps. the twin 2.5" is a nice burble at 100km/h. you can hear it but its not overly loud. if you put the windows up you can barely hear it at all.

that sounds quite different to any others I have heard, what mufflers are you running?

It's certainly original and quite barky, I like it

certainly sounds good mate- it would explain it though, it's all premium gear and the magnaflows do have a great note on the windsor

I was going to get Magnaflows but the old Lukey race muffler's note is so dear to my heart! LOL

And it doesn't surprise me one bit that the gen3 boys like listening to it- the windsor sounds better than anything holden have made since about 1998......
