Hey guys! I'm having trouble dialing in my verier gear on my au falcon. I'm running a crows 2232549 stage 3 cam. I called up crows and they said to t.d.c to the rockers at a ratio of 1.8...... Which just made me even more confused :/ can any1 just tell me what degree to turn the verier gear to?

Really need a dial indicator to dial in the cam properly .
On my old 4l build , we found the cam was still almost 1.3 degree out . Lucky we dialled it in properly .

So how would I go about that? Turn engine over till tdc at the harmonic balencer, loosen the verier gear and turn the cam till cylinder 1 inlet is exactly at its most open point (using dial indecator) and then tighten verier gear?

Depends on the specs of the cam . If it needs to be dialled in at 2 deg advanced or the advance is ground onto the cam already .
