Default Cheap Freight

I thought this may be of some interest here as we all know how hard and expensive it is to get large parts, even when they're boxed, shipped across Australia.

www.e-go.com.au are VERY well priced (cheaper than Auspost) and do both door to door and depot to depot. I've just booked something through them and was shocked at how well priced they are, I did a generic quote to get an idea and for a skid from Vic to Nsw with 70kg on it would only cost $40-50 depot to depot. Bargain.

You only get what you pay for in this world.

If you want it cheap, don’t complain when they **** it up. They must be tight with their website budget. They couldn’t even get pictures of Australian trucks for their home page.

I use TNT, we've got a really good rate with them. For the 70kg Skid, from outer South East Vic to Sydney it'd be $60.90...

What is the general public rate though? If you don't have an account most frieght companies are pretty expensive.

Depot to Depot that would come in at around $45 with this mob.

Turns out that they're Hunter Express.

Looks like they used stock photo's.

It seems they only use email for any contact, do they have a tracking system?
If not what happens if your freight is late/lost?
