HI all,
Bought some replacement OEM Motorcraft plugs for the ute but they have come out of the box gapped at 1.2mm. Seems pretty large to me and cant find a specification in the owners manual. OK to run or?? |

If you ring NGK hotline some tech bloke will talk ya ear off regarding what plugs to run and gap etc

I have ran NGKs with the recommended 1.3mm gap on a couple of AU V8s now for 6 years. Never had a drama.
Plugs below are 2.5K km old. ![]() Cheers Stu

Thanks everyone, I've just whacked them in with the 1.2 gap they were already set at. I suppose being OEM replacements they were bound to be right, just looked a little big compared to an I6 which Im used to.
