its pretty easy.

get the electric window regs, remove the old ones. the rivots are a *****, but then fit some small bolts with springs washers.

i cant remember where i got my power and where i earthed the switches in the centre console. I did run the wire from the regulator through the door, and under the carpet to the console switches. they always have power. i have never had any problems in 3 years of my battery going flat.
