Can someone tell me if you chose premium sound on your ba or bf did it automatically come with the 6 stacker CD or did you have to option that to??

I just bought a complete color icc unit from ebay and its a single cd player but has the dark grey facia like it from a car with premium sound does anyone thinks this is combo is weird?

afaik,if its got climate control,then its got premo sound,,if its only got knobs/ manual a/c thens its not premo sound,the clour of the facia cant really tell you anything,,it could have be changed,most likely its from a standard low series car and had the screen changed to a colour one by asl ;-)
i have the same thing done in one of my ba futura's and had fadi put the gt-p siver facia on at the same time.what colour is the back lighting? SLIP |

From what i know when you get a color screen put in from ASL the put the silver facia on not the standard grey one from factory so thats why i think its from factory but oh wellim still happy. But it has the extra plug plug mounted over the J4 plug? dunno if ASL add that when they add the color screens or not? As for the background color when the headlights are off its white then wen the lights are on it goes black, is that what you meand?

hi all
just to clarify few things. there is a 6cdi indash with mcc and tft available, its still call premium sound just like the ACC ICC with tft only with manual controls. The climate controls nothing to do with the ICC been a premium sound. most of the single cd with tft they most likely built from us. As it cannot be optioned from factory. cheers fadi75

Actually, you could get a combination of TFT screen with single CD from the factory - a friend has a BA XT that he ordered new, which he optioned up with SatNav. So he automatically got the colour screen, but with only the single CD sound system.
