Default Instrument cluster

im just curious to know if anyone has ever removed the instrument cluster on a 2008 Mondeo and how they actually removed it? Reason for the question is im interested in changing the white light of the instruments to a blue light. Grateful for any feedback.

Can't help you with the removal of anything, but if the mondeo is anything like the focus. The dash lights are led's, so you will have to remove and solder new led's to change the colours.

Check the focus section, BlackLS has done the mod to his focus.

Check this thread out. Might get the info you need should the Mondeo be the same as the focus.
