Shaky Fiesta

Hey everyone..im new here and just wanted to know if anyone's fiesta shakes alot when u first start it?My fiesta is about 3 months old and ive noticed that when i start it up in the morning it tends to shake alot. A couple of times the engine just turned off. Is it just because the engine is cold?Any help?thanks

Welcome, this is not normal, take it back to ford and get them to fix it.
Good to see more members.

run your car only on pulp preimum unleaded from BP - the new model on the fuel cap has BP is the prefered fuel

Mines also about 3 months old but I haven't noticed any significant shake when starting the engine. Get'em checked.
As Aaron mentioned about the fuel, I've only ever used premium so couldn't comment if fuel difference may change things.
Anyways hope u get it sorted soon :)

mine has a small shake ....
but after about 1min when i drive it up the road and engine warms up it dissapears ...
ive also experienced the engine cutout problem a couple times ...could be bad petrol? ...i havent tested any pulp in the car yet ...

I would only use pulp in your car read the manual and it basicly tells you to do so if youwant a smooth car and powerful

yeh i always use premium unleaded from bp. It only seems to shake when i first start it up and then when the engine is warm it goes back to normal. Could it just be that the engine is cold?
