I agree with these points.

But I also think people need to stay out of the RH lane if they arent doing the speed limit. Just because you want to overtake and are doing half a km/h faster than the vehicle on the left doesnt give anyone the right to block up the rest of the traffic in the RH lane which inevitably causes tailgating. Im sick of people hogging the RH lane up hills. The joke of a southern expressway is notorious for twats that do this.
Sometimes its quicker to go up the LH lane doing the speed limit than being a sheep and following everyone else on the RH doing 80 in a 100 zone all while tailgating each other. Its usually some slow *** s***box that stuffs it up for everyone else.

Sadly though everyone thinks its their right to drive in the RH lane and their time is more precious than anyone elses. Some consideration for ALL drivers is required when on the road.
