You need to copy the "image" (IMG) link and paste it in your reply from photobucket.

Go to your photo in photobucket.

On the right side of the page is a "share links" section. Copy what's in the box next to "IMG" and paste it in your reply.

Even easier, just click in that box and you'll see it display "copied", then just paste in forum reply.

This is what an IMG link looks like (I chopped of a couple of square brackets to prevent it displaying the photo instead).
