With the release of the coyote and the SPECTACULAR! gains that have been made by a simple tune,how do you think it will affect Ford sales.

My plan is to get a S/C GT one day, will wait till a few good low kay used ones appear though, can't justify a new car personally

Can't afford any but it would be a S/C coyote, probably in GS ute form.
May steal a few sales from the F6 but probably not a lot.

Next time up, I'll consider a S/C 5.0. To answer your question, the difference in Ford sales will be negligible. |

Yes, poll doesn't match question. Will it make a dent in Ford sales? Don't think it will register. Doesn't mean its not a good car - it is - its great - but in this day and age, only the diehards will buy it. In fact, with Ford's superb marketing, only the diehards will even know it exists.

New GS ute for me in Edge with premium sound would be nice..Tune & aftermarket brakes, but ill have to wait and see what 2011 brings.

I'm hoping Ford make a V8 version of the G6E/T. Call it G8E, and G8ES. (For the s/c Coyote)
I love the look of the G6E/Ts, but with a V8 would be even better IMO. If Ford were to do that, and I was in the market for a new car I wouldn't hesitate in buying one. |
