Gentlemen as I am indulging in one of Mr Toohey's finest at the moment I thought I might try my luck posting this mesage here. ie THE PUB
I do own a Ford Escape 2002 XLT so I fell I am allowed to ask this question. I am about to retire my Mitsubishi Mirage 98model which has just ticked over 255,000 kms. She has been a Courier vehicle for ths last 2 years.....and she has been worked hard. I am about to push her into my garage as I can't bring myself to sell her, and I don't think anybody would really want her / nor appreciate her. What sort of things can I do to her to help her in her mummified state, as I would like to drive her again one day....God only knows when. Bear in mind she is a Mitsi Mirage so I won't be throwing too many dollars at her. Thanks in advance as always Loachster. |

Pull the plugs and spray some oil in the bores, disconnect and remove battery, put it on bricks so you dont kill the tyres - although they may be aged and need replacing anyway if it sits for to long.
