Default Shannons Insurance lies

I just went through getting a new quote for my car, and noticed an interesting detail in the fine print.
Doesn't the TV advert say "they'll even insure your daily drive"?

And when they fix the mistake it will cost you more!

When the car is driven everyday and is your main transport risk goes up so does the price, so whatever you were quoted now wont be the same price when you change it.

Thread closed pending, every company has the right to a phone call before being publicly ridiculed by what may be a simple error or misunderstanding.

He is trying to insure his car as a daily driver... hence why down the bottom its got... "not used as main form of transport".

There's nothing in the PDS that contravenes this statement.

So in a nutshell it seems the statement at the start of the online quote that says "We can provide you with an online premium estimate if:"
"- Your car is not your main form of transport and you don't use it on a daily basis"
Simply means you need to call for an accurate quote if your car is your daily.
