Question Who will win Bathurst 1000 in 2013?

With Bathurst 1000 approaching in a couple of weeks, who do you think will win?

I hope a Ford team will take first place - been such a long time since they have.

Also it will boost everybodies confidence in the falcon and its 2014 release IMO. Bit of good publicity and something for the blue oval boys to be proud of.

Good luck to all those drivers!

I've been a "supercar" fan for many years now, and must admit that FPR now have 3 cars, 6 drivers, and the package that will surely take the top tier for bathurst.
Unfortunate that it's the nascar car of the future but it's still a Ford heart beneath

Both T8 cars will be in the "likely" category, so are FPR. I want it to be Frosty, but realistically there a several cars that could win.

There could be a pileup that would take out most of the front runners and allow Nissan to win. Too provocative?

It will come from 888 most likely, but don't count FPR and HRT out.

Of course, it is Bathurst and anything can happen.

Garf will probably be a contender.
Í'm hoping it's Frosty & Richo.

I don’t even know what they are racing anymore. The Mercs & the Nissans, what are they underneath?

The whole thing is getting about as interesting as when the whole field were driving Cosworth Sierras.

I added up the teams today and came up with 16 Commodores and 6 Fords ( I think), so with those odds I'd say it will be a Commodore for sure, Mercedes and Nissan are very unlikely to get on the podium, then again so is Ford.
The deck is stacked.

ive actually put a double bet on
$50 on timothy bradley to beat juan manuel marquez
and dave Reynolds to win Bathurst
its worth about $1800 if I win, might be a waste of money but after how well Reynolds went last year he is hard to ignore as a front runner for the win

V8SC has gotten me to the stage where I don't care who wins so long as it's NOT a Triple 8 car.....
That said....after all the trials and tribulations FPR have been through this year, seeing a Ford win would be a big bonus

Hoping Frosty will win or any other Ford, but with holden auuuuggggh having more cars then rest of field put together odds staked against everyone else from the start, should be same amount of cars from each manufacturer.
