I bought an EB ghia last week and there is pretty much nothing left now and I need to get rid of it to keep the parents happy.
Anyone know who I should contact to take it away? Will someone benefit from the scrap metal or something? What have you guys done in my case? Cheers Dan

Look in your local paper. There should be heaps of people who will come and take it away. A mate recently got paid $20 for them to come and take his car shell away.

There are a few numbers in the Trading Post each week.
Or ask Jack, he got his EL taken away minus wheels. |

scrap metal places will usually give you more for a stripped car than a wrecker, and most will pick it up too

you should be able to have it taken away for free and also recieve a few $$ from them too. most places around here do that anyway.

Eh Dan I forgot to tell you today, if you want to get it taken away for free call Moons Towing in Kilsyth. They won't give you cash but they'll take it away rolling or non rolling, as long as it can be dragged.
They're on Colchester Rd., you should be able to call 1233 and get their number. Sundeep |

under car removals or something like that in the auto section of the yellow pages.
I had a vl that we stuffed good and proper ( interior gone, no eng, no front panels, jumped on the roof about 20 times) and the guy came and got it the next day. |

When my 1983 Mazda 626 was written off a year ago, I had to pay $50 for it to be taken away!
