Default RPO 83 WAS for sale

I live in New Zealand, where we have a web site called trademe.co.nz On it a week ago was a RPO 83 for sale for only $25 000NZD!!!!!!!! It was an auction style sale and the highest bid was $25 000. A little rust in the boot and it didnt come with the spotlights. Interested in your thoughts.....

did it come with the documentation proving that it was an RPO83? Matching numbers???


25k requiring a bit of a resto, sounds okay. Any online pics of it??

A car with left over phase 4 parts on it. It could just be a winged sump or it may be as much as a 4 bolt engine block. When the phase 4 was cancelled Ford used all the parts randomly putting it on cars down the production line.

Ah yeah I posted a thread when this was first listed because he listed it as "Phase IV GT" or something, I thought it might have been a dodgy auction.
