Well being 19 and "dumb" I sort of blew off the whole young kids too powerful cars scenario until a we while ago a few guys my age and under started getting into big HP cars. For example 1 guy my age owns a heavily modded S13 Silvia whilst another owns a heavily modded Evo 8. Anyway these things didnt really dawn on me until a kid who was in my brothers year at school recently imported a full drift spec 180SX from japan. In NZ we have no restrictions on what cars young kids may drive, the only thing is you wont see insurance. Anyway Im just venting about how readily accessible Japanese cars are with very high HP and low price. I just dont get it do the parents not have any control over these kids.
