Default Sending interstate. Company recommendations

Hi unsure where to post so feel free to move mods. Apologies.

Selling a few things and people asking to send interstate. Ie. questions asking how much freight would be. What companies can I look at for fast quotes and that don't require abn?

Thanks

Cheapest one I found was
http://www.smartsend.com.au

$128 from Brisbane to Melbourne for a front bar not to shabby.

I recommend e-go and smartsend as has been mentioned. I have used them both a number of times and have never had an issue. The other one I would check out is www.interparcel.com.au . All of them give online instant quotes.

I used e-go.com.au to send my manual conversion to Ballarat. Drop off at the depot, delivery at private address was $70.

Smart send worked good a few times for me , Aust post under 20kg . They all use good online calculators . A friend swears by E-go but i've not tried them yet .

Australia Post has been extremly reliable.. 20kg limit and 105cm length limit? plus a girth of 105cm? or something like that.

Have tried Smartsend twice now twice and by far they are the cheapest as most large freight companies now dont want to know you unless you have an account with them.

$102 to send a largish box to Melb from Townsville.. (4kh though)
Smart send will pick up from your door to.. however they dont give you a specific time (exact time), so you need to be home nearly ALL day. Print out your own labels once you pay for it....
