FG Brembo calipers now DNR

We have been notified that Red Brembo 6 piston front calipers will be a DNR item (do not re order) and also my contact at Ford has confirmed this. I believe Ford have no pairs left and the only stock is what some dealers may be holding back and our supplier is also out of RED stock. Black calipers are still available at this stage but it wont be long before all Brembo calipers are discontinued from what we are hearing.
Be careful with the fake Brembo calipers being offered on social media and Facebook as we have had many people contact us regarding these and how cheap they are. They are cheap for a reason people.

How would you identify fake ones? I got some second hand ones pretty cheap recently and they look legit to me, but is there anything that is a dead giveaway?

I physically haven't had any in my hands yet and the photo's sent were not high quality but from what we have been told the finish on the castings are a little rougher in the finish and the original Ford brackets have not been supplied with the calipers .Ford also only ever sold the Brembo calipers with genuine brackets attached to them.
