Hi all,
This has probably been asked before.... How much damage can a rear bumper take before its unusable? I have been thinking of changing my rear stock AUII bumper with a Rebel or TE50 etc. I know I can get fibreglass ones (new) but most at the wreckers have varying degrees of damage. As I can't afford original in A1 condition, how damaged can a bumper be to have it fixed and resprayed? Uncle Ken

Depends really. I'd asume as long at brackets/mounts etc and the solid structure is good (to a degree) it can be fixed...
But if you've gotta get get it re-fibreglassed/sprayed etc etc, you might end up looking at just as much money depending on how much they are used/who you've got to do your repair work. |
