Open Speed Limit Highway in NT???

Hi all,

Dont know if this is the right spot to put this but ill give it a go.

A friend of mine wants to know if there is a "Open Speed Limit" or higher than 110km/h highway in the Northern Territory i think he said??

Is this correct or is (Or does it) exist some other state???

I cant remember which state he said. Dont know why he cares, pointless really.
